Glen Echo Pottery is more than a year-round school. Each session, over 200 students — adults and teens, beginners and seasoned makers — gather here to learn, create, and connect. Our classes in wheel throwing and handbuilding open doors to creative exploration, while our atmospheric and experimental firings push the boundaries of the craft. Through our outreach program, we bring that same joy of clay to schools and communities that too rarely have access to arts education.
